Welcome to OneSpotty Marketplace. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the OneSpotty website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using OneSpotty, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.
OneSpotty is a global marketplace that connects buyers, sellers, and delivery agents. We facilitate transactions but are not a party to the actual agreement between buyers and sellers. Our role is to provide the platform and payment processing services.
Binding Agreement
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and OneSpotty Ltd. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
By using OneSpotty, you represent and warrant that:
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
OneSpotty does not restrict users based on age, but we strongly recommend parental supervision for minors. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their children's use of the platform and any transactions made.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and for all actions taken using your account. OneSpotty cannot be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access.
When you place an order on OneSpotty, you are making an offer to purchase products or services from a seller. The seller may accept or reject your offer. A binding contract between you and the seller is formed only when the seller confirms acceptance of your order.
You may modify or cancel an order before the seller marks it as "Out for Delivery." Once marked as out for delivery, the order cannot be cancelled. To request changes, contact the seller directly through our platform.
All your orders are recorded and can be viewed in your account under order.php. You are responsible for reviewing your order history and reporting any discrepancies promptly.
OneSpotty accepts the following payment methods:
When you make a payment, funds are held in your SpottyPay wallet until the seller marks the order as "Out for Delivery." This protects both buyers and sellers. Once marked as out for delivery, the funds are released to the seller.
All prices are set by sellers and are displayed in the local currency. You agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout, including any applicable fees. OneSpotty does not charge any hidden fees to buyers.
Secure Payments
Your payment information is encrypted and securely processed. We do not store full payment details on our servers.

Delivery fees are negotiated directly between you and the delivery agent. OneSpotty does not charge any delivery fees. You agree to pay the delivery agent the agreed amount upon successful delivery.
Sellers are responsible for packaging items securely and handing them to the delivery agent. Delivery agents are responsible for safe and timely delivery. OneSpotty is not liable for delays, damages, or losses during delivery, but we will assist in resolving disputes.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We recommend contacting the delivery agent directly for real-time updates.
Delivery Tracking
You can track your order status in real-time through your account under "My Orders." You will also receive SMS updates at key delivery stages.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original packaging. Some items (like perishable goods) may not be eligible for return.
Once a return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. For SpottyPay and EcoCash payments, refunds are credited to your wallet.
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the seller to resolve the issue promptly.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs may be borne by you. Check the seller's return policy before purchasing.

Consequences of Violation
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of funds, and legal action.
OneSpotty and its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software) are owned by OneSpotty Ltd. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from OneSpotty without our prior written consent.
By posting content on OneSpotty (such as product listings, reviews, or messages), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content to provide our services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneSpotty and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the past six months.
Disclaimer of Warranties
OneSpotty is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's operation, accuracy, reliability, or availability.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OneSpotty and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Before filing any claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@onespotty.com. We will attempt to resolve the issue within 30 days.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to resolve any claim through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Foundation of Zimbabwe. The arbitration shall take place in Marondera, Zimbabwe.
Any proceedings to resolve disputes will be conducted on an individual basis. You agree not to bring or participate in any class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding against OneSpotty.
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify you by email or through the platform. Your continued use of OneSpotty after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
